I have a feeling we’re on the edge of a big shift. 💛
For years, it felt like creativity had to be productive.
Pinterest-worthy.
Beautiful enough to share.
But I think more moms are craving something different.
Not more ideas.
Not another thing to add to the to-do list.
Just permission to create again.
To have a hobby.
To try something new.
To make something that doesn’t have to be perfect.
I honestly think we’re leaving the Pinterest-Perfect Era behind.
And I couldn’t be happier about it.
Maybe this is what the Creative Era looks like.
Am I the only one noticing this? Or are you feeling it too? ✨

I'm officially leaving the Pinterest-perfect era behind.
Somewhere along the way, we convinced moms that creativity had to be elaborate.
Beautiful enough to photograph.
Perfect enough to post.
Worth pinning.
And if it wasn't...
Why even start?
But I don't think that's the kind of creativity our families need.
I think they need moms who remember they're creative.
Moms who paint just because it's fun.
Who try something new even if they're not "good" at it.
Who laugh when the project goes sideways.
Who stop worrying about perfection and start enjoying the process.
Because here's what I believe...
Creative moms don't just raise creative kids.
They create creative homes.
Homes where imagination is normal.
Where making something is more important than making it perfect.
Where creativity becomes part of everyday life.
That's the kind of home I'm trying to build.

We had the best time burning hats this month! While the AI didn’t do a good job showing their hats (and faces 😂) this would be an accurate representation on how everyone felt! Looking to do another at Teal soon too!
