📚🏗️ To help the Deschutes Public Library team hit the ground running at their brand-new Central location, Kirby Nagelhout Construction Company (KNCC) hired Wahoo Films to create a comprehensive series of owner training videos.
Over the last four months, our crew followed building experts and trade pros deep into the facility, documenting the inner workings and complex systems of this state-of-the-art space. The result is a visual user manual that ensures staff know exactly how to operate and maintain every corner of the building.
Video isn't just for marketing—it’s one of the most effective tools for operational handoffs and complex staff training!

Huge thanks to KNCC and DPL for letting us document the massive effort behind bringing this space to life. 🎬

⛳️ We’re heading out to capture the Birdies for Babies golf tournament this weekend, once again in support of MountainStar Family Relief Nursery. MountainStar does incredible, vital work preventing child abuse and neglect across Central Oregon, and we couldn't be prouder to help tell their story for the fifth year running.

The secret sauce? Speed. ⚡️We shoot, edit, and deliver a fully polished recap video in under 48 hours.
Why the quick turnaround? Because energy and emotion have a shelf life! Delivering the video within 2 days means MountainStar can:
🎥 Play the video live at their gala event while the excitement is fresh
📩 Hit the inboxes of sponsors and golfers while their impact is top-of-mind
📈 Keep the momentum rolling for future support and fundraising
High-impact video isn't just about pretty visuals—it’s about delivering the right message at the exact right moment.

Here’s a peek behind the lens as CPI Marketing Director Carri Moffat led on-site interviews with the experts driving the project.

OREGON FRIENDLY DRIVERS-COMMUTE OPTIONS-BLIND WALKING 07/28/2026

We’re excited to share our latest video created in partnership with Commute Options and the Oregon Friendly Driver program! This piece focuses on how drivers can safely share the road with blind and visually impaired pedestrians navigating our streets.

Quick refresher: Oregon law requires drivers to yield the right-of-way to any pedestrian carrying a white cane or using a guide dog at all crosswalks and intersections—whether marked or unmarked.

A little extra patience and awareness behind the wheel makes a huge difference in creating accessible, inclusive communities.

Oregon, we have liftoff. 🚀🌌 We are absolutely over the moon (and halfway across the galaxy) to announce that our film, "Desert Rockets: Looking Up" that Michelle produced with OPB's Oregon Field Guide team has been named a finalist at the 2026 Space Faring Civilisation Films Film Festival in Australia! 🇦🇺✨

The SFC Festival is all about pushing the boundaries of imagination, science, and human potential—and we are incredibly honored that our visual storytelling resonated with a jury on the other side of the planet.
A massive shoutout to our incredible crew Michelle got to work with at OPB including Ed, Stephani and Brooke who helped us bring this vision to life.

If you thought our interview day was high-energy, you should have seen B-roll day. 🏃‍♀️💨✨ We went back to Alpenaura Plastic Surgery to film the lifestyle and interaction shots for their upcoming video series, and honestly? We’re still smiling.

B-roll is supposed to capture "authentic daily life," but usually, when you point a giant cinema camera at people, they freeze up. Not this crew. Between the incredible Alpenaura staff and their wonderful patients, the day was an absolute masterclass in playful laughing, genuine joy, and zero camera shyness.

Jade and Dr. Jourdan Carboy have built an environment that feels less like a clinical office and more like a warm, supportive community. That comfort level made our jobs incredibly easy. We got to capture the real, unscripted moments—the shared jokes, the comforting smiles, and the empowering energy that defines their practice.

Turns out, when you combine a team of amazing women with a crew that loves to keep things loose on set, you get cinematic gold. 🪙🤩 Big thank you to Rob and Melissa for leveling up our production.

Swipe through to feel the good vibes from our B-roll day. We can't wait to inject this exact joy into their final videos!

We love a client who shows up ready to drop some serious knowledge. 🧠🎙️ We just wrapped an absolute powerhouse of a production day with the team at Alpenaura Plastic Surgery, capturing a massive new video lineup for their marketing, social feed, and educational outreach.

Let's be real—medical and aesthetic storytelling can easily get stiff and clinical. But the Alpenaura's owners Dr. Jourdan and Jade Carboy, NP are not only brilliant minds, but they also happen to be sisters working side-by-side. 👩‍⚕️🤝👩‍⚕️ That natural sisterly chemistry means their on-camera energy is unmatched. They showed up with the kind of warmth, humor, and genuine empathy that instantly makes you feel like you're talking to a trusted friend.

From breaking down the nuances of hormonal health to navigating the deeply personal journeys of facial and breast adjustments, they did it all with total authority and love. These aren't just "how-to" clips; they are the kind of empowering, supportive videos that every woman deserves in her feed.

Take a little peek behind the lens from our day of interviews.
Stay tuned—the doctors (and sisters) are in your feed very soon! 👋✨

It arrived, and it is absolutely beautiful. 🪵✨ Holding the Best Female Director trophy from The Climate Frome International Film Festival in my hands makes this incredible milestone feel so beautifully real.

I am profoundly honored by this recognition, but more than anything, I am grateful. Grateful to the festival jury, to our incredible partners at B-Corp, the Indigenous women featured in the film "Rooted in Resilience", to the creative team - Henry Kim and Zach Boggs and the entire Wahoo Films crew who poured their hearts, artistry, and late nights into this documentary.

True to the spirit of the festival, the award isn't made of plastic or heavy metals—it’s a stunning piece of handmade wood. Feeling the grain and the craftsmanship of this trophy is a poignant reminder of why we tell these stories in the first place: to honor, protect, and connect deeply with our natural world.

This award belongs to all of us, and it’s fueling our fire to keep shining a light on climate resilience and sustainable change. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! 🌏🦅
