Exciting progress at Redmond Municipal Airport! ✈️
The placement of the final beam marks a major milestone in the airport's 80,000-square-foot terminal expansion, a project that will enhance the travel experience while supporting Central Oregon's continued growth. Several of our team members attended the topping out ceremony held on July 7th and enjoyed catching up with our teaming partners on this project.
Wallace Group is proud to be part of this transformative project, providing construction materials testing and special inspection services. We're honored to help build infrastructure that strengthens our communities and supports the future of Central Oregon.

Final beam placed on Redmond Airport's massive new terminal The final beam is in place on Redmond Airport's new terminal, an 80,000-square-foot expansion designed to handle the airport's booming passenger growth. The new terminal is set to open in November 2027.

🌿 Wallace Group is proud to have supported the conservation of the Touchet River.
Working alongside Blue Mountain Land Trust and the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR), Wallace Group provided environmental due diligence, reporting, and remediation support for a project that placed 438 acres along the river into permanent protection.

It was inspiring to see the vision behind this project come to life and hear from current Rooted homeowners about the meaningful impact that affordable homeownership has had on their lives.

Giving back to our community is an important part of who we are at Wallace Group. Recently, several of our team members spent the day volunteering with Bend-Redmond Habitat, helping build the Timber Cottages homes in Redmond.
From installing siding and trim work to adding doorknobs, closet doors, and completing finishing touches, our team enjoyed the opportunity to roll up their sleeves and contribute to a project that will provide safe, affordable housing for local families.
A big thank you to the team at Bend-Redmond Habitat for the incredible work you do in our community and for allowing us to be part of building stronger neighborhoods across Central Oregon.
