Chartered in 1972, the Central Oregon Builders Association (COBA) is a 501(C6) not-for-profit founded to help benefit its 600 member companies in Crook, Deschutes, Grant, Gilliam, Harney, Hood River, Jefferson, Malheur, Sherman, Wasco & Wheeler Counties.
