Had such a blast learning and laughing the last three days. This was definitely worth the trip. Have so many new exercises and thoughts to come home with and start playing with. Absolutely best part was seeing Andrea Fappani in a top hat and tails.

Whether its someone I am coaching or myself, I don't find much more rewarding than putting in the work and seeing the improvement and then the win when everything comes together.
I will help all I can, but I can’t do the work for you. If you show up, I show up to the best of my ability. If you don’t, that’s on you. If I’m pushing you, it’s because I believe in you!💪
