Hollie Andrews, Transitions Coordinator and certified Community Health Worker (CHW), has spent more than a decade at Partners In Care, supporting individuals and families through life’s most vulnerable moments. From direct patient care to her current role in our Transitions program, her work has always centered on one thing: listening first.

Partners In Care is proud to announce John Weinsheim, MPA, FACMPE, as Chief Executive Officer, appointed by the Board of Directors on July 1, 2026.

John brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership rooted in patient-centered care, caregiver engagement, and building strong, mission-driven teams. His career has focused on creating cultures where caregivers feel supported, valued and connected to purpose, while advancing quality and collaboration across every level of care. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President of Kootenai Clinic, where he led a large multispecialty organization and helped foster one of the highest caregiver engagement cultures in the system. Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at St. Charles Health System in Bend, building the employed physician group and strengthening provider relationships, quality improvement and community partnerships.

“Leading Partners In Care is a homecoming,” said Weinsheim. “I’m honored to join this amazing organization and build on its extraordinary foundation, deepening its connection to the community and ensuring we remain the most trusted name in hospice, home health and palliative care for our neighbors.”
