CrossFit Type 44

Here comes October. The season reminds us there’s beauty in letting things go—but we’re holding on to our commitment to fitness.

This week’s challenge: accumulate as many total calories as you can on the Echo Bike throughout the week. Every calorie counts, so hop on when you can and keep your total climbing!

Tim is well past 2,000 classes at Type 44, and he’s been showing up with us for almost 12 years. That’s a whole lot of workouts, friendships, and life lived alongside this community.

A fellow business owner, adventure enthusiast, husband, father, and all-around great athlete, Tim brings so much more than effort to every class. We’re grateful for the years he’s spent with us and can’t wait to see what he takes on next. Cheers to you, Tim!

There’s a lot happening this week at Type 44! We’re kicking things off with three Labor Day class times, followed by the start of a new school year.

Today, we’re especially grateful for the hardworking people who keep our communities moving forward. As we approach September 11, we pause to remember the lives lost, honor the heroes who stepped forward and never forget the love and unity that followed.

Join us Saturday, October 31, for the complete HYROX format—running combined with eight functional workout stations, including sled pushes and pulls, carries, lunges, rowing and more.

Take it on individually or with a team. Whether you’re testing your training or trying HYROX for the first time, this is your chance to embrace a fun new challenge and experience the energy of HYROX right here in Bend!
