What started as a, "this might be a dumb idea" turned into something very special.

We’re THRILLED to say that two weeks ago we held our first annual Camp Vanda to celebrate our staff with a party and awards ceremony.

Caregivers, RCC's, Med-Techs, Nurses, Employee Relations, Janitorial, Kitchen, Maintenance...truly, the list goes on. These are the people that work tirelessly to care for the people who live in our communities.

This week we celebrated our Employee Relations team with an overnight trip to Bend, OR and dinner w/ our CEO.

This team quietly powers so much of our people experience. Their work shows up in the big milestones and the everyday moments that keep our culture strong.
