This will be one of the all-time greats in the history of Mohnen Angus to ever be offered for sale. Her natural son, Mohnen Gunsmoke 2894, was a highlight of the 2025 sale season, selling for $175,000, and is working at the U2 Ranch in Canada. Our first Gunsmoke calves have a deep, broody rib cage, are super proud fronted, and will be sale toppers in our upcoming 2027 sale.

439 has impeccable foot quality and teat size, and is level-uddered in an ultra-feminine package with wide top and base widths. She has a calving interval of 6@365 and a WR of 6@100 — and that is without her outstanding stud prospect, a full brother to the $175,000 Mohnen Gunsmoke 2894, that will highlight our 2027 sale.

439 also has a set of ET sons by Ellingson Progressive and Boyd Bedrock that have been tour highlights all summer and may be sale toppers in our upcoming 2027 bull sale.

When we purchased 5290, we saw her first natural-born daughter, S A V Madame Pride 2407, and fell in love with her mass, body and fleshing ability. We called MTC and acquired a flush, which resulted in the mating of Mohnen Madame Pride 439.

Grandam S A V Madame Pride 5290 has more than $1 million in progeny sales to date, with a progeny WR of 6@108, IMF 230@104 and REA 230@100. Great grandam S A V Madame Pride 0075 needs no explanation to the Angus breed and may go down as one of the greatest ever established in the S A V cow herd.
