On a Friday afternoon, we headed to Elevation Market on Bend’s south side specifically to track down Oh My Goodness Bakery and their beautiful donuts.
We’ve had them before, and they’re the kind of thing you remember. Cream-filled brioche donuts that are rich, decadent, creative, and almost as much art as they are dessert.
This time we tried the pistachio cream, strawberry cheesecake, berry, and pumpkin spice. Each one had its own personality, with interesting flavor combinations and a presentation that makes you stop and admire them before taking the first bite.
Oh My Goodness Bakery is a pop-up, so finding them is part of the fun. Keep an eye on their Instagram to see where they’ll be next, and when you find them, come hungry.
We are trying I Love Ceviche and their Ribeye Sandwich and Surf & Turf Salad. I love Ceviche is located at Base Camp Bend on Bends West Side.
Today we Highlight a talented artist and a friend Primo Rosales the owner of Redemption Tattoo - North I have known Primo for a long time and today we will learn about his new academy along with what got him into tattooing. Let me know if you have any cover ups in the comments.
