Blossom is an adorable little tabby girl looking for her forever home! 🩷

This sweet girl is very loving and affectionate and has such a gentle personality. She absolutely LOVES dogs and seems to prefer her canine friends over other cats.

Blossom isn’t necessarily a fan of being held, but she has plenty of love to give and will happily show affection on her own terms. She’s a sweet, independent little lady who would make a wonderful addition to the right family.

🐾💗 Meet sweet Jennaaayy! 💗🐾

Jennaaayy came to us as a tiny baby, barely 2 pounds, with a gnarly injury to her tail. Between kitten shenanigans, growing like a w**d, and the fact that her injury was unfortunately located in a naturally 💩-prone area, it took quite some time for her to fully heal. But she did it!

Now she’s a 3.5-month-old domestic medium hair bobtail girly with a BIG personality in a tiny package. 😻

Jennaaayy is EXTREMELY food motivated and may even become just a little… hmmm… ANGRY when lickable treats are involved. You’ve been warned!

She has been raised in a multi-cat foster home and is used to older kids and a small dog. She’s fairly independent, but she absolutely loves to play and will happily snuggle when you have the time. ❤️

I don’t even know how to start this post because I am so incredibly disgusted by humans.
This dog was adopted from us over 3 years ago as a small puppy. Nice family, good on paper, I couldn’t even imagine the neglect that would follow his adoption.

Hickory was found on a busy road, basically a death sentence, by some very nice people. They called animal control who immediately recognized him. They recognized him because his owner brought him to the shelter the day before to be surrendered. The shelter let her know they were full and recommended some lab rescues and offered to help her with dog food and flea meds. She declined help and opted out of telling them he CAME from a rescue who would gladly take him back. My guess is she was embarrassed by his condition. That same night he was found over a 20 min drive from his house. Coincidence? I’ll let you decide!

Once animal control came to pick him up he was scanned for a chip which thankfully still had my information. They tried calling and texting his owner, even went to her house but she didn’t respond until hours later and said “he ran off again”. Oops! I’ll share the txt she sent me 😒

I can feel every bone in his body. He was miserable with fleas and missing hair. He is defeated. I understand people may fall on hard times but she could have gotten help before it got this bad. I can say more but it will make this post entirely too long.

I am sick. I cried this morning on my way to work because I failed this dog. I am closing intake probably forever and focusing on getting what we have adopted, I have a handful of really amazing Foster’s that make this possible. And of course I will always be ready for the chance one has to come back to us.

We have started skin and flea treatment but he will need updated vaccines and a 4DX at the very least.

Meet Bubbles! 🫧🐾

At just 9 weeks old, Bubbles is everything you could want in a kitten. This sweet little girl has a heart as soft as her fur. She absolutely loves to cuddle, follows her people everywhere they go, and is happiest when she’s by your side.

Bubbles is also incredibly social! She gets along wonderfully with dogs, other cats, and is the kind of kitten who fits right into the family. Whether she’s snuggled up for a nap or curiously following you around the house, she’ll quickly become your little shadow.

Just wanted to give a shout out for everyone who donated supplies over the last few days. 💙💙

Amazon doesn’t let us send thank you notes anymore but I can’t even begin to tell you what a relief it is to have food and litter on hand. I try to ask for donations as little as possible because I know times are hard for everyone but sometimes it gets too much for me. Since January I have spent $1,487 at petsmart, and that is with a discount. 😅
