Lyrical, Vibrant, Transcendent.
Strobe is an award-winning oboe quartet — oboe, violin, viola, and cello — whose four members have performed on some of the most prestigious stages in the country, including the San Francisco Symphony, Los Angeles Philharmonic, Boston Symphony, and Carnegie Hall.
United by a shared passion for expanding what chamber music can be, Strobe arrives at Berkeley City Club to offer an unforgettable journey of musical discovery. Known for commissioning new works, the ensemble presents an evening led by the oboe's singular voice — a color and intimacy unlike any other.
