News and information from College Writing Programs, UC Berkeley.

10/01/2026

College Writing Programs is pleased to announce that Ken Goldberg, William S. Floyd Distinguished Professor of Engineering at UC Berkeley, will be the featured writer this year for our Berkeley Writers event, Tuesday, October 27, from 12:00 to 1:30 pm in the Morrison Library, 101 Main Library, on the UC Berkeley campus.

Goldberg is a true polymath. While his home is in Engineering, he’s also a filmmaker and artist--and, of course, a writer. He has even worked with dance companies, collaborating in choreography.
The event is free and open to the public. We hope you’ll join us and spread the word.
