Our friends at Labstat International Inc. compared PathoSEEK qPCR Assays with MaGiC Lysis to the USP compendial method for detecting Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella spp., and E. coli spp. in ni****ne salt pouch matrices.
Their results showed that PathoSEEK method exceeded the capabilities of the compendial method.
