Korts Corner Video by Small Town Creative

Thank you will never be big enough for all the support we have received over the last few weeks.

A few months ago, our Korts Corner board, along with close friends, came together to decide the best way to begin raising funds to support our mission and goals. We knew we wanted to do something active that would bring people together, and from that, the Kortney Pritchard Memorial Golf Tournament – Driving for Her Legacy was born. We also wanted to do something extra special to thank our sponsors and teams, so we added a Friday night dinner and silent auction.

If you asked anyone in the room Friday night, they would tell you it was a room full of light. Conversations flowed, friendly bidding wars broke out over auction items, laughter and music filled the room, the food was delicious, and the drinks were cold and refreshing.

THANK YOU to Donna and Alan Wright (and family) for the amazing fajita dinner.

THANK YOU to Ginny and Matt Ellis for providing bar services for our guests.

THANK YOU to Tea2Go for providing tea for the evening.

THANK YOU to the Nichols family for providing ice for the weekend.

THANK YOU to Adrian Calvio and the ACZC Band for providing music for the night.

THANK YOU to Kassie and Harrison Chavalier with Texas Forever for providing a beautiful venue, setting up tables and chairs, and helping in countless ways.

THANK YOU to Klint Bratcher, at Small Town Creative, for pouring your gifts and talents into our mission video and for serving throughout the weekend.

THANK YOU to Texas Graphics for getting our shirts, banners, and flags done at the drop of a hat!!

THANK YOU to Whitney Murr, Melanie Lawdermilk, and Lindsey Kemper for organizing the evening and keeping everything running smoothly.

THANK YOU to every person who stayed late to help clean up and load cars.

THANK YOU to John Michael Leggett, Jason Brock, and Kelby Kemper for organizing the tournament and keeping everything running smoothly. It was such a fun day. God provided perfect weather, and as our volunteers traveled throughout the course, they consistently reported that everyone was having a great time and enjoying their pace of play.

Thank you to every volunteer who kept water coolers stocked, delivered food, helped with setup, and stayed for teardown. We truly could not have done it without you.

THANK YOU TO EVERY SPONSOR AND DONOR who poured into this first event. We cannot begin to express our gratitude for your generosity and support.

In the weeks ahead, we will be sharing more about Korts Corner, and we hope you’ll follow along as we share our projects, prayers, and passions.

One of the questions we’ve been asked most often is:

“Where is this money going?”

We have a mission statement that beautifully explains our purpose, but Donna Pritchard said it best a few days ago:

“We are simply doing what Kortney was already doing.”

We are helping people become better by believing in them, supporting them, cheering them on, and providing the resources they need to become the best version of themselves.

The funds raised through Korts Corner will be used to help people grow physically, mentally, and spiritually, with a primary focus on supporting Endure Fitness—a gym where you can walk in and be welcomed exactly as you are.

Thank you for believing in this mission, for honoring Kortney’s legacy, and for helping us continue the work she was already doing. 💜
