As Co-Founder and Principal, Craig Dalton has been part of Performance Engineering from the beginning- 13 years and counting. Originally from Helena, Craig earned his Civil Engineering degree from Montana State University.

One of Craig’s favorite parts of his job is working alongside the engineering team to develop effective designs for clients. He especially values the opportunity to help PE’s engineers learn, grow and develop as professionals.

Ben Steele Middle School eighth grader Lewis Krivonen got the chance to do something he’d been looking forward to for a long time: suit up with his classmates and score his first touchdown.

We loved seeing the way his teammates rallied around him to make the moment happen. Performance Engineering’s Robbie Neihart had a proud connection to the play, too. His son is one of Lewis’ teammates and had a blast helping him find the end zone.

It’s a great reminder of what teamwork, inclusion and community can look like — and why sometimes a touchdown is about a whole lot more than football.

Way to go, Lewis, and kudos to everyone who helped make this such a special moment! 👏
