Our priority at 406 Native Roots is to honor tradition.

In our effort to do this, we aspire to reach our community in new ways via education, fellowship, and by offering the supplies and support to nurture a mutual love of cultural crafting. It is our mission to share generations worth of wisdom, tradition, and heritage as passed down through our elders; in the hopes of perpetuating the richness of those customs and inviting innovation for generations

More than art. A living legacy.

Indigenous art carries more than beauty. It carries memory.

Through every brushstroke, bead, carving, textile, and design, artists preserve histories, honor ancestors, and share the stories that continue to shape who we are today.

At the Neighboring Nations Indigenous Arts & Culture Festival, we'll celebrate artwork that reflects the richness, resilience, and diversity of Tribal Nations while inspiring future generations to continue creating, sharing, and leading.

Join us in experiencing art that connects the past, present, and future.
