OPERATIONS MANAGER AND LEAD DISPATCH

Nicholas “Nick” Livingston serves as the Operations Manager for LL Freight, where he oversees logistics coordination, freight operations, and the day-to-day movement that keeps the company running efficiently across the country. With years of specialized transportation experience and a deep understanding of logistics operations, Nick plays a major role in helping LL Freight continue to grow into a nationally recognized transportation brand.

Before joining LL Freight, Nick owned and operated Red Rock Hotshot, giving him firsthand experience in the trucking industry from the driver and owner-operator perspective. That background allows him to understand every side of the transportation business — from dispatching and route management to customer communication and operational efficiency.

Originally from the Evergreen State of Washington, Nick brings a strong work ethic, operational knowledge, and leadership mindset to the company. He specializes in senior route logistics coordination and specialized freight operations, helping manage vehicle shipments across the United States while ensuring customers and dealerships receive reliable, professional service.

Nick believes the transportation industry is built on consistency, communication, and experience. Customers appreciate his ability to bring years of specialized operational knowledge to the table, creating dependable transportation solutions for dealerships, auctions, and individual clients alike. His focus is always on making the shipping process smooth, organized, and stress-free.

What motivates Nick most is seeing the potential of LL Freight continue to expand nationwide. He takes pride in helping build the company from the ground up and remembers what it was like when the business started with just one truck on the road. Today, he remains focused on helping grow LL Freight into a well-known name across all 50 states.

Outside of work, Nick is an automotive enthusiast with a passion for unique performance vehicles. Some of his favorites include his 2004 STI-swapped Subaru Forester XT and his dream vehicle, a 1998 Nissan Stagea 260RS. Before entering the logistics industry, Nick also served six years as a 19 Kilo M1A2 Armored Combat Crewman in a mechanized infantry regiment, participating in combat operations around the world — an experience that helped shape the discipline, leadership, and resilience he brings to the operation today.

🚛 LL Freight Operations – Fleet Update 🚛

Our fleet is moving strong across the country this week,

keeping loads rolling and customers taken care of coast to coast.

Carlos is hitting the road in style, heading down to Arizona in his new 2019 Peterbilt 389 — a sharp red rig that’s ready to work and already turning heads. Big miles ahead and a strong start in the new truck.

Damian is making his way to Florida, chasing sunshine and steady freight. Long haul, good weather, and solid lanes—exactly where we want to be.

Dominique is routing into Denver, keeping our presence strong in the central region and setting up for the next round of loads.

And Vipula is heading back from Los Angeles, wrapping up a West Coast run and bringing it home—another completed route and ready to reload.
