For three days on the National Mall, thousands of people had the opportunity to see structural building components in action.

SBCA’s fifth year exhibiting and third year sponsoring HUD’s Innovative Housing Showcase put the component industry on a national stage, with the Big Green House welcoming policymakers, housing industry leaders, students, media, and the public.

From Trades Day and a visit from HUD Secretary Scott Turner to panel discussions and stakeholder conversations, SBCA was there to help ensure our industry has a voice in discussions about the future of housing.

It was an incredible opportunity to showcase what our industry already does every day and demonstrate how structural building components can contribute to building more homes across the country.
