Mark your calendars and join us at The Nook! 🗓️📚✨

We can’t wait to see you! 💕

📚✨ Today at Inglenook! ✨📚

Today, we took the kids on a tour of the Inglenook Branch Library and introduced them to the many resources our community has! 🏛️📖

Our tour guides, Ms. Chakiara and Ms. Erika, did a wonderful job showing the kids around and helping them discover all that the library has to offer.

The kids explored:
📚 The Children’s Department
📖 The Adult Collection
🎲 The Library of Things
💻 And the many resources and services available at Inglenook!

It was a great opportunity for the kids to learn more about their library, discover new resources, and see that the library is so much more than just books! ❤️

Come explore The Nook and discover something new! 🌟📚

🌿🔬 What Happened This Week at The Nook! 🔬🌿

It was another exciting week of learning, growing, and exploring at The Nook!

🌱 Gardening at The Nook – Session 2: Fall Harvesting
Our youth got their hands in the soil as we prepared the grounds for our fall garden. We’re getting ready for a new season of planting, growing, and harvesting! 🍂🌱

🔬 STEAM at The Nook with Mr. OJay
We were excited to welcome Mr. OJay, a formal educator and writer, who shared with our Inglenook youth the importance of science and reminded us that science is all around us!

💧🛢️ The Wave Pool Project
Through this hands-on STEAM activity, students explored the concept of density by observing how different liquids, such as water and oil, interact. The activity encouraged curiosity, observation, and scientific thinking while making learning fun!

At The Nook, we believe learning happens everywhere—and there is always something new to discover! 🌱📚🔬
