Something new is taking shape in Mobile, AL.

We're standing up a new lighting group, and this is the crew making it happen. Every division we build starts with people who are willing to show up on day one and put in the work to make it something worth being proud of.

We don't just add headcount. We build teams, and this one is already off to a strong start.

Our Georgia crews are growing, and we have immediate openings for experienced linemen who want to put their skills to work close to home.
In the Albany/Doerun area, we're building a full 5-man crew:

• 1 Foreman
• 2 A-Class Linemen
• 1 B-Class Lineman, and
• 1 Groundman.

We're also filling 3 A-Class Lineman positions, with 1 in Decatur and 2 in Gainesville.

Our transmission crews started their first day of 500kV work, the highest voltage levels we build at.

Work at this scale demands a different level of precision. Tighter clearances, more rigorous safety protocol and zero room for error. Our crews bring that discipline to every phase, from staging through energization, and that's not something that happens overnight. It's built over years of doing the work the right way.

October is shaping up to be one of the busier months we've had in a while, and that's a reflection of where this company is heading.

Crews have several projects in progress across multiple states, new work is coming online and there's a lot happening behind the scenes that we'll be sharing more of as the month goes on. The pipeline keeps growing and the teams stepping up to meet it keep delivering.
