That’s why we keep telling people: You gotta go.

And if you can’t go, we’ll keep doing our best to bring the story to you.

You can travel halfway around the world, meet someone from a completely different culture, and discover that you already share something incredibly important.

The Gospel is the connector.

Whether someone is from Alabama, Thailand, Burundi, or somewhere else entirely, our shared faith creates relationships that can extend far beyond the few days we spend together.

That’s one of the most meaningful parts of storytelling on the mission field.

We went to Nepal to tell the story of a clinic. Then, completely unexpectedly, we were introduced to a woman with an incredible story of her own.

She shared about being trafficked for years and eventually escaping—a testimony we never planned to capture and one that didn’t fit into the final six-minute film.

Some of the most powerful stories we encounter are the ones we never expected to tell.

You can’t take hundreds of people across the world to experience a ministry firsthand—but you can share a film.

Storytelling gives people a glimpse of what God is doing and can inspire them to take a next step: go, give, volunteer, support, or pray.

We’ve even heard people say, “I watched those videos and heard the stories. I’ve gotta go.”

That’s the power of sharing a story.

After fleeing with his family and hiding in the bush to escape pursuing armies, a pastor found himself in a refugee camp in northern Uganda.

But what stood out wasn’t hopelessness—it was his joy. He was grateful for the opportunity God had given him to serve, plant a church, and share the Gospel with others.

Sometimes the strongest faith is found in the hardest circumstances.

You were not created by default or coincidence.
Purpose changes how you see yourself.
Purpose changes how you see your future.
And purpose gives hope.
