God hasn’t called us to simply be a better version of what’s around us. He has called us to be different.
Sunday, Pastor Dalayna shared “The Holy Standard,” a message about God’s call for His people to be sanctified, set apart for a purpose, and holy, positively different.
Sanctification isn’t just a moment. It’s a continual process of allowing God to change our desires, attitudes, behaviors, and direction. We have to walk out our salvation every day.
And holiness isn’t about measuring ourselves against the standards of the world. God Himself is our standard.
So where are there signs of life?
➡️ Are you becoming less responsive to the sin that once had a hold on you?
➡️ Are you becoming more responsive to the Spirit of God?
We aren’t called to settle for what is common. We’re called to Live Life Differently.
If Sunday’s message challenged you, or you know someone who needs to hear it, watch and share the full message at the link below.

There’s a place for you this Sunday.
A place to worship. A place to grow. A place to find community. A place to encounter God.
And there’s a place for your kids, too! Our Kids Ministry creates a fun, engaging environment where children can learn about Jesus, build friendships, and discover that church is for them, too.
Whether you’ve been part of Bixby First Assembly for years, haven’t been to church in a while, or are looking for somewhere to call home, we’d love to welcome your whole family.

What a special Sunday we shared together at Bixby First Assembly! Family Day gave us the opportunity to celebrate what God is doing across every generation of our church family. From baby dedications and water baptisms to welcoming new members and celebrating our students, each moment was a reminder that the church is more than a place we attend; we are a body growing, serving, and following Jesus TOGETHER.
Thank you to everyone who helped make the day so meaningful and stayed to enjoy lunch and fellowship with us afterward. We're grateful for what God is building at BFA and thankful that there is a place here for everyone!

The children of Israel left Egypt on a 40 year journey through the wilderness. How did they survive? God fed the entire nation every meal they ate for the entire 40 years. He gave food to them on day at a time.
That is how God provides for us today. As Jesus taught us to pray, “Give us each day our daily bread.” But we live by His Word more than by His bread.
