Bixby Robotics

Whether this is your child's first year or fifth year in robotics - they're exactly where they belong!

While visiting homecoming tonight, stop by the BACC and support your Bixby High School robotics teams.. from swag to snack, they have it!

K1 got to make a trip to Tulsa Community College today! Strong partnerships and pathways for our students to move into college and career are a central focus of our program. We loved touring the School of Engineering and meeting the leaders and professors to discuss curriculum alignment and ways we can continue to prepare our students for tomorrow.

We love seeing our competitors featured! 🤩

Mr. Dansby reading "Robots Can't Dance" to Bixby North Elementary 2nd grade students.. our robot proved the book title may be wrong! 🤖💃

Did you know studies show early interest and positive exposure to STEM are a strong predictor of long-term outcomes in STEM and engineering careers (Tai et al., 2006)? We're committed to bringing this excitement and exposure to all of our students at Bixby Public Schools!

💡 Here’s a Tuesday Tip! These are meant to be ways YOU can help your child be more competitive this season, right from the comfort of your home!

Grades 4th+ will keep and document their learning in their team’s engineering notebook. Look over your child’s notebook and help them compare it to the rubric competition judges use to assess their performance.
