The Bloomington-Normal market continues to show encouraging signs for both buyers and sellers.

There are currently 150 active listings and 39 homes under contract, giving buyers more options while showing that well-priced homes are still attracting offers.

July also recorded more new listings and more showings than any other month so far this year. That combination is important. More homeowners are confident enough to put their homes on the market, and buyers are continuing to schedule tours at a strong pace rather than stepping to the sidelines.
