We’re excited to kick off another week of football and cheer! Please review the updates below so your athlete is ready for practice.

🏈 TACKLE FOOTBALL

Practice: Monday–Thursday | 5:30–7:30 PM

Players should wear FULL GEAR:
✅ Helmet
✅ Shoulder Pads
✅ Practice Jersey
✅ Football Pants, Girdle & Belt
✅ Cleats
✅ Mouthguard (Required)

🛡️ Guardian Caps
Beginning this week, all tackle players will wear a Guardian Cap during practices. These are provided at no cost by the Bloomington Knockers to help reduce impact during contact. Guardian Caps will be worn through the first game. After that, families may continue using them for games and practices if they choose.

🚗 Parking Reminder
Flag Football begins this week, so the parking lot will be much busier. Please arrive a little early, be patient, and watch for athletes walking through the lot.
