The Magna Mitchell Farm One-Chance Sealed Bid Sale consists of 310.43 +/- surveyed acres, located in McLean County just 1.5 miles south of Bloomington, Illinois on US Highway 51. This farm is being offered as 2 adjoining tracts and bid(s) can be made on individual tracts or as a whole. The farm is located along the east side of US Highway 51 with road frontage on both US 51 for both tracts and County Road 800 North for the south Tract #2. For the entire farm, the weighted average Soil Productivity Index of 140.9 with the main soil types being Sable sitly clay loam and Ipava silt loam.
