Meet one of your guest speakers for Boozy Book Fair: Emily Bedwell

Emily Bedwell is a librarian, writer, and performer who believes that free and equal access to all forms of media is the key to an educated, engaged community. She is a librarian by trade and is the co-chair of Indiana Freedom to Read, which exists to help ensure that all Hoosiers have the right to all materials.

At Boozy, Emily will introduce audiences to the different types of attempted censorship in libraries, provide examples of books that are regularly questioned and challenged, and give you some practical ways you can engage in your community to fight censorship.
