Today we handed over the keys to a beautiful mountain home in Ellijay, and I couldn’t be happier for my buyers as they begin this exciting new chapter.

Fannin County Market Update | May 2026

While many North Georgia markets are seeing prices cool, Fannin County continues to hold its ground.

🏔️ Sales volume is up compared to both May 2025 and April 2026.
💰 Median sales price remains strong at $690,000.
📈 New listings and active inventory continue to rise.

What does that mean? More options for buyers, while sellers are still benefiting from a healthy market. The one thing we’re watching closely is inventory growth as we move through the busy summer season. For now, the market remains steady, active, and full of opportunity.
