Respiratory Therapy Program Director Stephanie Watkins recently visited our healthcare classes to share information about her career in respiratory therapy and the opportunities available in the field. Students also had the chance to get hands-on experience with equipment used by Dalton State students during their training.

We are proud to announce that Fannin County High School has earned the John Hancock Banner and Ribbon of Distinction!

This recognition is awarded to schools where at least 90% of students can write both their names and the Preamble to the U.S. Constitution in cursive.

We are proud of our students and teachers for their hard work in keeping this important skill alive while connecting literacy with civic education. Way to go, Rebels! ❤️🤍💙

Join us for the Fannin County Youth Fair on Saturday, September 19, beginning at 10:00 a.m. at the Fannin County Ag Center!

The Youth Fair is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the hard work, dedication, and talents of our local students through livestock shows, youth exhibits, and a variety of competitions.

Come out and support our FFA members, 4-H participants, and Fannin County youth as they showcase their accomplishments. We hope to see you there!

What a fun evening at the annual FCHS Homecoming Parade! It was wonderful to see our community come together to celebrate Homecoming and support all of the Fannin County Schools. From our youngest Rebels to our oldest, everyone enjoyed being part of this special tradition.

Thank you to our amazing community for coming out and showing your support. We also want to thank the City of Blue Ridge and our School Resource Officers for helping make this event a success.

Fannin County High School was honored to have Snack in a Backpack serve as the Grand Marshal of our Homecoming Parade.
Snack in a Backpack provides food-insecure children in Fannin and Polk Counties with nutritious food on weekends, holidays, and summer breaks when school breakfasts and lunches are not available.
