More pressure doesn’t always mean more performance.

When compressed air doesn’t reach the point of use, increasing compressor pressure can seem like the obvious solution. But if the real problem is a leak, restriction or pressure drop in the system, you may simply be increasing your energy consumption without solving the root cause.

Higher pressure can mean higher costs — and it can make existing leaks even more expensive.

Before turning up the pressure, ask yourself: where is the air actually being lost?

The first step is not producing more air. It’s measuring what’s happening across the system.

💨 Want to find out where your compressed air is being lost? Talk to CS INSTRUMENTS and start measuring what’s really happening in your system.

You pay for two compressors. Only one works.
The other one feeds leaks you can't hear, pressure you never needed and air doing a fan's job. None of it shows on the gauge.
Measuring is what makes it visible, and it's the first step to getting that air back. We'll help you find out which half you're losing.
Message us and let's look at your system together. 👇

One thing I’ve learned from working with industrial plants is that compressed air waste is not always obvious. 👀
A system can be running, production can be on schedule, and everything can look normal on the surface. But there may still be air being lost through leaks, pressure being higher than necessary, or compressed air being used where another solution could do the job.
The difficult part is that you can’t fix what you can’t see.
Before looking for solutions, the first step is understanding what is actually happening in the system. 📊
Where is your compressed air really going?

Checking flow, pressure, dew point and temperature at one point of use usually means four different instruments — and four things that can fail.🤷🏻‍♂️

The VA 526 puts all four in one compact sensor, right where the air is used. Fewer devices to install, calibrate and troubleshoot. Modbus-RTU, Ethernet/PoE, IO-Link or Bluetooth — it plugs into the monitoring system you already run, and you read and configure it from your phone with the CS SensorApp.

One sensor. Four readings. See if it fits your line — send us a message.😉

Your compressor room speaks six languages: flow, dew point, oil, particles, pressure, power.

The DS 500 brings them all onto one screen up to 11 sensors, one picture. It even calculates your specific power (kWh/m³) and real cost per m³ of air, ISO 50001 ready.

Stop reading your plant gauge by gauge.
→ See it on one screen.

Your air is "oil-free" according to the label. But has anyone measured it?

Ambient air carries oil vapour long before it reaches your compressor. If it touches your product, so does the oil.

The Oil Check 500 detects oil vapour down to 0.001 mg/m³ precise enough to support ISO 8573-1 Class 0, the strictest air quality standard there is.

Stop assuming clean air. Start measuring it.

"Oil-free" describes your compressor not the air.

The air pulled into the intake already carries oil vapour the compressor never added. If it touches your product, so does the oil. "Clean" stays an assumption until someone measures it.

The Oil Check 500 measures residual oil vapour continuously, down to 0.001 mg/m³ the sensitivity you need to verify ISO 8573-1 Class 1, not just trust a label. And our local team helps you set the baseline and read it right.

When your dryer struggles, standard sensors fail and leave you blind. The FA 510 dew point sensor is built to handle it:

• Condensation-resistant: Recovers and keeps measuring instantly.
• High precision: Accurate down to -80 °Ctd.
• Long-term stability: Reliable readings month after month.
• Versatile integration: Supports Modbus-RTU, IO-Link, and 4–20 mA.
• Zero downtime: Quick-coupling chamber for easy service without shutting down the line.

We help you choose, install, and calibrate the right model for your system with direct support.

By the time you see the rust, the moisture won weeks ago.

A dryer that's starting to fail doesn't sound an alarm. It keeps running while wet air slips downstream — into your lines, your tools, your finished product. The corrosion, the condensation, the rejected batch: they all show up long after the dryer first started letting humidity through.

Measuring the dew point closes that blind spot. The FA 510 watches your compressed air continuously — down to ‑80 °Ctd on the adsorption version — it's built to withstand condensation and stays stable over the long run, so you catch the drift the day it happens, not the day the damage does. You fix the dryer before the loss, not after.

And you don't sort it out alone: our team helps you pick the right measuring point, get it installed and keep it calibrated, with real people behind the support.

👉 Not sure if your dryer is failing in silence? Write to us and we'll help you check.

Three things everyone believes about compressed air. All three are costing you money 💨

Oil-free doesn't mean oil-clean. A compressor that runs isn't the same as one that runs efficiently. And a failing dryer never warns you 🚨

Notice the pattern? All three are invisible until something measures them.

That's what the DS 500 does: oil, dew point, consumption, pressure and temperature on one screen. Your whole compressor room, measured in one place 📊

Stop believing. Start seeing. Write to us 👇
