UrUpKid™ is a nonprofit organization located in Boca Raton, Florida. Recipients of UrUpKid™ scholarships are selected based on financial need.
The foundation helps underprivileged athletes with their sports training, academic achievements, and social skills. UrUpKid™ will help thousands of prospective young athletes, first responders, and military veterans by providing professional physical and performance training, tutoring, and psychological support. It is our goal to help student-athletes maintain scholarship eligibility and physically prepare them to compete for DIV I athletic scholarships, as well as maintain optimum physical and mental health in our first responders and military personnel and to prevent comorbidities and the risk of su***de. A typical candidate is an underprivileged athlete that needs training, tutoring, and mentoring but does not have the financial means, or social structure, to acquire those services. First responders and military veterans selected must have documented comorbidities or some level of a physical disability that would put them at a high risk of a severe diseased state or mental illness.
