Long run Saturday spent running around my Alma mater!!! (Regional branch not main campus)

A beautiful 60°F morning out in Ohio with some hill workout thrown in🫠(I understand 300’ doesn’t seem like a lot but you gotta remember Florida is flat & im lucky if I get 300’ gain in the whole year😂)

That’s a wrap on week 2 of marathon training! Feeling good, strong & ready to keep working!!

We are both training for Chicago & are both raising money for The American Cancer Society (link is in my bio to donate)

I had 6 miles on the schedule & Avery had 7.5. We started while before the ass crack of dawn, a brisk 5:15am we were off running in 90% humidity BUT still better than waiting till later & dealing with higher temps!
It’s only going to get hotter & longer from here 🫡

Long run Sunday!!! But make it Thursday!!

Cracked out last weeks long run on Thursday & boy was it nice to get that over with & not have to worry about it over the weekend.

Slowly increasing weekly milage as I get another week closer to marathon training!!
