West Palm’s New Billion Dollar Neighborhood The Nora District

Now the Nora District is becoming an entirely new neighborhood in West Palm Beach

And the crazy part?
It’s just getting started.

Nora has taken a collection of old industrial buildings north of Downtown West Palm Beach and transformed them into a walkable district filled with restaurants, bars, fitness, shopping and more.

The Nora Hotel is expected to open this fall with 201 rooms, bringing a true boutique hotel directly into the district

And Pastis, the iconic French brasserie from STARR Restaurants, is coming with it

Then comes residential.
Nora House will bring 117 luxury condominium residences to the district, with two- to four-bedroom floor plans and pricing currently starting in the low $2 millions.

And the amenities are pretty wild:
Rooftop resort-style pool.
Two pickleball courts.
Two-lane rooftop bowling alley.
Golf simulator.
Hot + cold plunges.
Sauna + steam rooms.
Wellness center.
Yoga lawn.
Lap pool.
Guest suites.
And multiple indoor and outdoor social spaces

But I think the bigger story here is what Nora represents for Downtown West Palm Beach

This isn’t one new restaurant.
Or one new condo.
Or one new hotel.
They’re building an entire neighborhood.

And between Nora, CityPlace and everything else happening throughout Downtown West Palm Beach, this part of South Florida is going to look very different over the next several years.
