Big win for the Owls last week! 🦉 💙

A group from our Globaltech team was in the stands for the FAU vs. FIU game, cheering them on—we've got alums from both schools on staff, so there's some friendly rivalry in the office.

Proud to support our team members' alma maters. It's the same spirit behind Globaltech's tuition reimbursement program, which helps our employees keep growing their education long after graduation.

Globaltech was proud to be part of the FSAWWA Region VI Best Tasting Drinking Water Contest & Casino Night Fundraiser! Our team attended, connecting with colleagues across the water industry while supporting an evening of friendly competition and fundraising.

One of our own played an important behind-the-scenes role, helping to plan and coordinate the event. We're proud to have contributed to an event that supports FSAWWA's programs and initiatives—and with such a great turnout, we're already looking forward to next year! 🎰 💧

On the 25th anniversary of the tragedy that struck the United States, we honor the 2,977 lives lost on September 11th, 2001. We will never forget.

A few of our team members recently traded their hard hats for snorkel gear and spent the day snorkeling before wrapping up the afternoon with a cookout.

Whether we're working together during the week or enjoying weekend adventures, we're grateful to be part of a team that makes every day a little more enjoyable. 🥽🏖

The ever-changing standings kept our office fantasy pool exciting and brought out plenty of friendly competition and bragging rights. Last week, we wrapped it all up by awarding our winners the prize pool.

Following an unexpected emergency at a municipal treatment facility, we mobilized immediately and were on-site the very next day. Working quickly, our crews implemented a temporary solution that restored critical operations with minimal disruption, helping to keep the facility running while permanent repairs progress.

We're proud of our team's rapid response, technical expertise, and commitment to delivering solutions when our clients need them most.

At each Project Share, a GlobalTech team member showcases a recent project — walking us through the key challenges, the solutions they engineered, lessons learned, and the big takeaways. It's a great way for us to learn from each other and grow stronger as a team.

A few fun facts from this one: AquaNereda is a proprietary Aerobic Granular Sludge (AGS) wastewater treatment technology owned by Royal Haskoning, based in Amersfoort, Netherlands. At the time this project kicked off, it was one of only a few AquaNereda installations in Florida! Some of our team even traveled to the Netherlands to tour a Royal Haskoning facility in person and see the technology up close.

This is exactly the kind of knowledge-sharing that keeps our team learning and improving. 👏
