📊 Audit Season Prep Continues! 📊
Tips #2 and #3 are here to keep your September year-end close on track:
✅ Tip #2: Make sure revenues and expenditures land in the correct fiscal year. Watch those late invoices, outstanding POs, accrued payroll, grants, property taxes, and prepaids.
✅ Tip #3: Reconcile, reconcile, reconcile! Bank accounts, investments, receivables, payables, payroll liabilities, interfund balances, grants, debt, and capital assets should all tie out to the general ledger before you close.
Getting these right now saves major headaches during fieldwork. 💪

Losing does not mean you have failed. Sometimes, it means you have been given another opportunity to learn, grow, and become stronger.
Do not let failure define you. Learn from it, rise from it, and keep moving forward.
Sometimes, losing is simply preparation for your greatest win.

True success is not defined by a number in your bank account. It is measured by the value you create, the trust you build, and the lives you positively influence.
Build a business that is profitable, but also purposeful. Because your greatest legacy may not be what you accumulated, but the impact you made.

Success is not measured only by how much you achieve, but by the life you create along the way.
it is easy to become consumed by deadlines, goals, and responsibilities. But remember to pause, appreciate your progress, nurture your relationships, and enjoy the life you are working so hard to build.
Work hard. Dream boldly. Build something meaningful. But make time for the people, experiences, and moments that give life its greatest value.

Are you a great leader?
Great leadership is not about being the smartest person in the room. It is about recognizing potential in others, creating opportunities for growth, and inspiring people to believe they are capable of more.
The best leaders do not just build successful teams. They help build better people.
Lead with purpose. Inspire growth. Leave people better than you found them.
