What a beautiful way to close Yom Kippur together.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in Delray Beach for Beach Havdalah and Break-Fast. We gathered by the ocean for music, reflection, Havdalah, and community as we marked the end of the High Holy Days.
There was something especially meaningful about ending the day together under the open sky, surrounded by familiar faces, new friends, and the Neshamah community.
Thank you for being part of such a special evening.

Jewish education can be more than another activity on the calendar.
It can be a place where your child feels known. Where Hebrew comes alive. Where Jewish stories connect to real life. Where friendships grow.
That’s the kind of Hebrew school we’re building at Neshamah.
Personal. Flexible. Joyful.

Who inspires the people who inspire us?
For Question 4 of The Four Questions, the tables turn and Jennifer Y. asks Rabbi Amy Rader who her heroes and mentors are.
Rabbi Amy shares how teachers, Jewish visionaries, and people willing to think bigger than what others believe is possible have influenced her own approach to Judaism, community, and the next generation.
That is what The Four Questions is about, making room for honest questions, different perspectives, and the experiences that shape how we connect to Jewish life.

If your child hears “Hebrew school” and immediately starts complaining… we get it. 😉
Jewish learning doesn’t have to mean sitting still, memorizing, and waiting for it to be over.
At Neshamah, kids read Hebrew, sing, move, create, ask questions, explore Torah stories, and learn together.
Because kids learn best when they’re engaged and when they feel like they belong.

Mazal tov to Sydney and Emma on becoming B’not Mitzvah!
It was such a special Shabbat celebrating this meaningful milestone with them, their families, and the Neshamah community. We are so proud of all the learning, preparation, and growth that led to this day.
At Neshamah, every B’nai Mitzvah is personal, meaningful, and centered around helping each student connect with Judaism in a way that feels true to who they are.

The best way to learn a holiday is to live it.
This year, Hands-On Holidays is all about Sukkot. Families will step inside the sukkah to discover the meaning of the holiday through music, storytelling, crafts, delicious food, and hands-on activities designed for curious kids and the grownups who love learning alongside them.
Together we'll explore why we build a sukkah, what the Four Species represent, and how Sukkot teaches us gratitude, joy, and community in ways children can truly experience.
Whether this is your family's first Sukkot or a favorite annual tradition, we'd love to celebrate with you.

Of course the celebration matters. It’s a milestone your family will remember.
But what if your child also walked away with something deeper?
A stronger connection to Judaism. Questions they’ve learned to ask. Values they’ve explored. A clearer sense of who they are and what they believe.
That’s the purpose of Beyond the Party, Neshamah’s unique family workshop designed to explore the deeper spiritual meaning of B’nai Mitzvah and help families think about what this milestone can truly mean.
The celebration matters. The connection is what we want to last.
