Sunset on the golf course hits different 🏌️⛳️🌅
I’ve never had more fun running in my life than I did at Runningman 🏃🏼♂️🔥 🥇I went into the day planning to run a 5K, but the energy was so incredible that I ended up running 10 miles and setting a new PR!
What makes this moment even more meaningful is everything my body has been through: severe arthritis, three reconstructive surgeries on my left knee, a detached hamstring on my left leg, and two of the three hamstring muscles detached on my right leg. I’ve been told I’m not supposed to be running—but I refuse to make excuses or allow my injuries to define me. I continue to push myself to the max because the only limits are the ones we create in our minds!
Shoutout to all the amazing people I met on the track who kept the energy high and made every mile unforgettable. Runningman was absolutely EPIC. This community is truly one of one! 🙌🏼
Your muscles aren’t the only part of your body that needs fuel to perform—your brain does too. 🧠⚡️
That’s why Kenetik | Clarity & Focus, Powered By Ketones is such a big part of my daily routine. Its bio-identical ketones provide an efficient source of energy that both the brain and muscles can use, helping me feel focused, clear, energized, and ready to perform.
Whether I’m training, creating content, or tackling a nonstop day, Kenetik helps me stay locked in without relying on caffeine or sugar. A strong body is important—but a sharp mind makes all the difference. Fuel both. 💪🏽🔥

Runningman 2026 was absolutely incredible! 🔥 From leading a full-body strength class and connecting with so many amazing people to hitting a new 10-mile PR during yesterday’s run, this weekend was one I’ll never forget.
This place is filled with genuinely good people, great energy, and a community that makes everyone feel welcome. Runningman is so much more than an event—it’s an experience everyone needs to have at least once. Already looking forward to the next one! 🙌🏽🏃🏽♂️
Our Italy trip was truly a dream! 🇮🇹✨
We started in Rome, made our way to Positano and the Amalfi Coast, explored the peaceful beauty of Tuscany, experienced the magic of Venice, and ended our adventure in Milan. From southern Italy to the north, every stop gave us unforgettable memories, incredible food, welcoming people, and breathtaking views.
There’s so much to see and experience in this amazing country. If Italy is on your bucket list, I can’t recommend this trip enough! ❤️🍝 🇮🇹❤️

Football season is BACK! 🏈🔥 My favorite time of the year and a reminder of where so much of my drive began. Football was my first love, and it taught me discipline, toughness, teamwork, and how to keep getting back up. The playing days may be behind me, but that passion will always be a part of who I am.
Morning workout from Tuscany, Italy 🇮🇹
There’s something special about the peace and quiet here. The rolling hills, endless vineyards, fresh air, and incredible views everywhere you look. Starting my day watching the sun rise over the vineyard and then having the gym all to myself was the perfect way to begin another day in paradise at
