🏆 $552,902 LIFETIME GIVING TO HUNTSMAN CANCER INSTITUTE 🏆

This year, the brothers of Sigma Chi at FAU reached an incredible milestone — crossing $500,000 in lifetime giving to the Huntsman Cancer Institute! 💜

And we’re not slowing down. 🔥

📞 Call-a-Thon: $76,067 raised
💰 Total Raised This Week: $103,550
🏆 Lifetime Giving: $552,902

This success wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible drive and dedication of our Philanthropy Chairman, Aidan Calianos —a true leader in this fight.

💖 The Biggest Thank You 💖

The biggest thank you goes to the women of our FAU sororities, who together raised an astounding $61,975 during our Philanthropy Week.

Your support, energy, and passion continue to fuel the mission to be the Generation to End Cancer. Because of you, we’re not just raising money—we’re making history, changing lives, and proving the impact our FAU Greek Fraternity and Sorority community can have when we stand united.

As my time in Sigma Chi continues, I can confidently say it has not only changed my college experience for the better but it has changed me for the better. Being a Sigma chi is more than just a title, it’s more than just having the letters in your bio. It’s a lifelong commitment that can genuinely change your life and make you into the man you want to be. The meaningful connections and lifelong brothers and friends I have made, I wouldn’t trade it for anything. The opportunity that Sigma chi has to offer and the places you can go is like no other. From Bowling Green, Ohio to Snowbird, Utah, my experiences have taught me what being a Sigma chi is truly about. Rushing this Fraternity, building connections and building myself into the man I want to be is and was truly the best decision I could have ever made. In Hoc and always proud to be a Sigma Chi.

PRESIDENT SPOTLIGHT 🫡
Junior Luciano
Spring 24’
Alpha Beta Pledge Class

Being President of Sigma Chi has been an incredible learning experience for me. Coming from someone who didn’t want to initially rush, this position has given me the ability to have a direct impact in elevating our brothers’ college experience and guiding them in becoming better men. This brotherhood means the world to me and I am forever grateful for the memories this chapter has given me. Thank you to my brothers who continuously show up for me. Your efforts to make this chapter the best it can be does not go unnoticed. Forever honored to be a part of such an amazing organization. Always proud to be a Sigma Chi. In Hoc 🇺🇦

Thank you to everyone who showed interest in Sigma Chi during Fall Rush. We truly appreciate your time and energy.

We had a historic turnout with over 400 men signing up for our Rush, and we were honored to meet many exceptional candidates.

Joining ΣΧ is always a competitive process, and we had to make difficult decisions about who would join our Fall Pledge Class.

Our Bid process is now officially closed, and we will not be considering any additional candidates for this Fall.

If Sigma Chi was your top choice, don’t be discouraged. Several of our brothers didn’t receive a bid their first time. We hope you’ll consider us again in the Spring.

We sincerely wish you the very best.

When the FAU President stops by your Rush event…you know Sigma Chi is the place to be!

We were honored to welcome FAU President Adam Hasner to our Rush event last night and show him what the Lambda Tau Chapter of Sigma Chi is all about.

His visit was a reflection of the leadership, excellence, and impact our chapter strives to bring to the FAU community every day.

From the classroom to campus leadership, from philanthropy to brotherhood - Sigma Chi continues to set the standard.

Proud of what we’ve built. Proud of where we’re going. And proud to call FAU home!🦉
