Did you know that watching the sunrise activates a whole series of hormones that lower inflammation, lower cortisol, boost our immunity, and optimize our longevity and mental/emotional health?
My wish for everyone to go outside this morning and walk 12k steps or more daily. All these activities posted here are a part of why I am so healthy and radiant at 53 (fifty free) … touching the dirt, the sand, swimming in the ocean, taking a salt bath, allowing nature to communicate with you, turn off this phone and simply sit under a tree the way the Buddha did when he reached enlightenment. More than ever I am feeling so grateful to Mother Earth. And eat as natural as possible, food in its most pure state and fresh, is best! And also eat Cacao, I love 𝘾𝙖𝙘𝙖𝙤 𝙎𝙤𝙡 | Ceremonial Cacao which is made with so much from from the regenerative farm from Ecuador… to my hands , I love making it for my friends and clients before their sessions.
