Seed oils are everywhere, but you have the power to make mindful choices. 🌿

They show up in your ā€œhealthyā€ salad dressings, favorite snacks, and even foods labeled natural. But you don’t have to let them define your diet.

Highly refined oils like soybean, canola, corn, and sunflower are common in ultra-processed foods. A diet built for real, vibrant health looks different.

When you start paying attention, it’s easier to spot them and even easier to make intentional choices. Choosing whole foods, reading labels, and picking the right oils are among the simplest shifts for feeling your best.

A claim is only as trustworthy as the process behind it.

When it comes to ā€œseed oil free,ā€ consumers deserve more than a company’s self-declared claim or promise, they deserve confidence in how that claim was verified.

Companies have claimed for years that their oils are independently tested for purity. But a testing claim alone does not explain what was tested, which standards were applied, how often testing occurs, or what happens when suppliers change.

That’s why Seed Oil Free CertifiedĀ® is a third-party certification program that combines independent laboratory testing with supply chain documentation, ingredient review, and ongoing compliance requirements to help verify what’s behind the claim.

🌱 Know what you’re choosing. Know what the seal means.
