Congregation Shaarei Kodesh
A multi-generational, warm, and fun Conservative synagogue in West Boca Raton. You may come as a stranger, but you'll leave as a friend. We make people count.
Some places count people. Congregation Shaarei Kodesh is a multi-generational, fully egalitarian, synagogue affiliated with The United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism. Founded in May 2004 by a group of energetic families who were looking to create a more intimate synagogue experience, Shaarei Kodesh began meeting in peoples’ homes. We are heartbroken by the devastating attack that took place yesterday at the Islamic Center of San Diego, and deeply horrified by the continued rise of Islamophobia and hate-fueled violence.
We know too well this pain and tragedy, and we stand in solidarity with the Muslim community at this difficult time. No one should ever fear for their safety in a sacred space of worship.
Today, members of our RA and Tzedek Center are gathering with other Jewish leaders in Washington, DC, to advocate for increased federal funding to help protect houses of worship across the country.
Our thoughts and prayers are with San Diego’s Muslim community, and with all those affected by this senseless act of hatred and violence.

Ralph, Michelle and Jacob Foreman are all pillars of our society. Their professions, their volunteer work, and their hearts of gold.
Right now, the family is going through a challenging time. Ralph was recently diagnosed with a benign tumor surrounding his auditory nerve and pressing against the base of his brain. Fortunately, it was able to be removed and the prognosis is good, but it will take time for him to heal.
This meal train is for them. The ones who are the first to stand to help a client, support a friend, or give to a stranger in need.
For those of you who don't cook or don't live nearby, please consider a gift card for DoorDash, Publix or Whole Foods. They are not picky eaters and quite honestly eat everything. Michelle is allergic to bananas
