My neighbor Josh reached out because his former landlord was in a tough spot with the community’s rental restrictions and asked if there was anything I could do to help.

Unfortunately, rental rules are pretty black and white, so there wasn’t much flexibility there. The best solution was to find the seller a buyer off market while the current renters were still living in the home.

I was able to bring in one of my longtime friends and his family, who saw the potential beyond the home’s original condition and decided to make an offer.

In the end, we were able to help the seller out of a difficult situation while also getting my buyers a fair price on a home they could renovate, make their own, and become part of the Canyons community!
