381 offenders identified. 50 states. One week.

We're proud to have led this historic operation alongside Homeland Security Investigations and the Tim Tebow Foundation.

100 officers from 60 law enforcement agencies came together in Florida for the first livestream child sexual abuse operation of its kind in the U.S., and the largest ever held.

Together, they worked through more than 3,000 leads and 40,000 media files and identified 381 offenders across all 50 states, one U.S. territory, and five countries.

Live-stream abuse often crosses borders. Offenders in wealthy countries pay to watch the abuse of vulnerable children in developing countries, and one offender can harm hundreds of children. Every person identified is a chance to protect a child.

Thank you to Tim Tebow Foundation for standing with us, and to every investigator and analyst who gave their all to make this possible.

🚨 381 Buyers of Live-Stream Child Sexual Abuse Identified in Historic U.S. Operation

In a coordinated effort led by our partners at Child Rescue Coalition and Homeland Security Investigations, 100 law enforcement officers from 60 police organizations came together to identify and investigate offenders involved in the live-stream sexual abuse of children.

This was the first operation of its kind in the United States and the largest live-stream operation ever held! During the week-long training and operational sprint in Florida, they reviewed 3,000+ leads and 40,000 media files. They identified 381 offenders across all 50 states, one U.S. territory, and five countries.

These offenders are from developed countries, like the United States, who prey on vulnerable children in developing countries, and a single offender can victimize hundreds of children from across the globe.

We are grateful for the investigators, analysts, and partners who continue to work tirelessly to identify offenders, protect vulnerable children, and pursue justice!

Until headlines like these don’t exist, the work continues. Behind every arrest is an investigation. Behind every investigation are law enforcement professionals working to identify offenders, uncover evidence, and protect children.

Child Rescue Coalition equips law enforcement with specialized technology and training to help them track offenders, build stronger cases, and bring child predators to justice.

The technology is a tool.
The training is expertise.
The mission is protecting children.

Together, we can give investigators what they need to pursue offenders and help create a world where headlines like these no longer exist. Your support helps put these tools in the hands of the people on the front lines.

Before you post that picture of your child, check the location. A photo can reveal more than you realize. Location data, school logos, street signs, house numbers, and even familiar landmarks can reveal where your child spends time.

📲 Take a minute to check your settings:
📸 Turn off location access for your camera if you don’t need it.
📍Remove location tags before posting.
🏡 Look at what’s visible in the background.
🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Be mindful of sharing places your family visits regularly.

It may feel like a small step, but protecting your child’s privacy starts with the details we share every day. At Child Rescue Coalition, we work to protect children from those who use technology to find and exploit them. Staying informed and making small changes can help make it harder for predators to learn about your child.

Pause before you post. Protect what matters most. ❤️

Accountability starts with an investigation.

Jack Dymond Leach, owner of St. Augustine-based Dymeng Technology Solutions, pleaded guilty in federal court in Jacksonville to attempted production of child sexual abuse material, according to federal court records.

Leach was sentenced to 29 years in prison.

Child Rescue Coalition’s technology and specialized training advanced the investigation, giving law enforcement the tools and expertise needed to move the case forward.

This is why equipping investigators matters.

Behind every lead is an opportunity to uncover abuse. Behind every investigation is a chance to protect a child.

CRC is proud to support the law enforcement professionals working every day to identify offenders, strengthen cases, and hold those who exploit children accountable.

A donation to CRC is more than a gift. It’s a tool in the fight to protect children. ❤️

Your support helps us provide law enforcement with the technology, training, and resources they need to identify predators, strengthen investigations, and protect children from sexual abuse and exploitation. The work is urgent. The mission is global. And we can’t do it without you.

Help us turn technology into protection. Donate today.

🚨 From Training to Action: Operation Mariposa in Brazil Leads to Arrest

Earlier this month, investigators in Brazil participated in Child Rescue Coalition’s Operation Mariposa training, designed to strengthen law enforcement’s ability to identify and investigate child sexual exploitation using CRC technology. Now, that training is helping support an active investigation.

On September 21, CyberGAECO, in support of an investigation conducted by the 1st Public Prosecutor’s Office of São José, executed a search and seizure warrant in São José, in Greater Florianópolis.

The warrant was issued to gather evidence related to the investigation and assist authorities in identifying the perpetrator. During the operation, authorities confirmed the storage of child sexual abuse material and made an arrest at the scene.

This investigation is part of Operation Mariposa, a Child Rescue Coalition initiative spanning Latin America. CRC provides law enforcement with technology and training at no cost, helping investigators identify offenders, uncover digital evidence, and strengthen investigations.

, HSI BrasĂlia, UNODC, and the support the operation.
This is what happens when training, technology, and law enforcement collaboration come together: Knowledge becomes action. Action becomes investigation. And investigations can help protect children. The investigation remains under seal, and additional information may be released as the case progresses.

1 in 4. 1 in 5. 1 in 6.

Behind each number is a young person who experienced something they shouldn’t have had to face online.

Young people are being asked for sexual images, exposed to unwanted sexual advances, and threatened with the sharing of intimate images. And too often, they don’t tell an adult.

That’s why the conversation matters.

Talk with your child about what can happen online. Remind them they can come to you, without shame, without blame, and without fear of getting in trouble.

Because protecting children online starts with making sure they know they’re never alone.

Child exploitation doesn’t stop at borders. Neither can the fight to protect children.

Predators move quickly, across platforms and across countries. That’s why protecting children requires technology, global collaboration, and investigators who can act quickly.

As Adam Levine, CRC’s Vice President of Programs, shared, donor support does more than fund technology. It helps move investigations forward, strengthen collaboration across borders, and bring children who may otherwise remain unseen closer to safety.

Because behind every investigation, every lead, and every data point is a child who deserves to be protected. This is what your support makes possible. Help us keep moving this mission forward. Donate, get involved, and stand with us in the fight to protect children around the world.
