Eric Winegard CEO
From the military to million-dollar marketing. CEO & Co-founder of Rare Blue Moon Marketing.
Building brands, empowering leaders, and proving that consistency wins every time.
People always ask Eric and Alexis if we ever fight.
The truth is not really.
Do we have little tiffs sometimes? Of course.
We run businesses together. We’re about to become parents. We do life together every single day. You’re going to disagree once in a while.
What we’ve learned is that it’s never Eric versus Alexis. It’s both of us trying to solve the problem.
No keeping score. No dragging things out. No trying to win.
Just two people who love each other, respect each other, and are committed to building a great life together.
The strongest relationships are not the ones that never disagree. They’re the ones that know how to work through it and move forward.

The same people who tell you to be realistic will question why you never became more.
Average is socially accepted because it makes everyone comfortable.
What are you tolerating right now?

Grateful for the opportunity to speak and connect at the Farmers Insurance conference in Albany, NY.
A room full of agents and professionals who are building, growing, and showing up for the people they serve.
The best business conversations rarely happen behind a screen. They happen in rooms like this, face to face, where trust is built, and real relationships are formed.
Thank you to Keith Collins and Farmers Insurance for the opportunity.

A lot of people think more connections will solve their problems.
It won’t.
If your offer is weak, more exposure just means more rejection.
Value comes first. Then visibility.
You either build something strong or keep introducing something weak.
Is your offer strong enough?

Most people already know what they should do.
The difficult part is confronting themselves honestly.
Which slide feels most true today?
Being a leader doesn’t mean you’re emotionless.
It means you don’t let your emotions control your decisions.
I’ve had moments where I was angry, frustrated, impatient, and ready to react. The difference is that leadership requires discipline. You don’t get to be an emotional nut head every time something goes wrong.
Your team is watching.
Your family is watching.
Your customers are watching.
Anyone can stay composed when things are easy. Leaders are revealed when things are hard.
The stronger the storm, the calmer the captain has to become.

Information is everywhere. But information alone doesn’t create results.
Ex*****on does.
Applied knowledge wins every time.
You either act or stay informed with no progress.
What are you actually doing daily?

Today, Jason Blair and I are fortunate to be involved in tens of millions of dollars of business.
But there was a time when neither of us were 100% sure we were capable of building something at this level.
Like most entrepreneurs, we had doubts. We questioned ourselves. We wondered if we had what it took.
The difference wasn’t confidence.
The difference was continuing to show up when confidence was missing.
Most successful people aren’t born believing they can do extraordinary things. They become extraordinary because they keep moving forward long enough to discover what they’re capable of.
If you’re doubting yourself today, that’s normal.
Just don’t let doubt stop you from taking the next step.
The future version of you is counting on it.

Most people think discipline restricts life.
In reality, it creates options, confidence, and control.
What discipline are you avoiding?
To me, being a man means being a provider.
Not just financially, but emotionally, spiritually, and physically for the people who count on you.
Life is going to throw a lot at you. Business problems. Financial pressure. Family challenges. Stress. Disappointment. Loss.
None of us are exempt.
The difference is that when people are depending on you, quitting isn’t an option.
Our duty is to be resilient. To endure. To stay steady when everything around us feels unstable.
Not because it’s easy.
Because it’s necessary.
The people we love deserve our strength, even on the days we don’t feel strong.
That’s what being a man means to me.
