A smoother month-end close starts with knowing what needs to happen—and when. 📅

We recently updated our Nonprofit Month Close Calendar to help nonprofit finance teams build a more consistent, organized closing process.

Use the calendar to map out recurring month-end tasks, clarify responsibilities, and create a routine that helps keep your financial information accurate and up to date.

Because when your books are closed on time, your team can spend less time chasing down last month’s numbers and more time using them to make decisions.

Today is World Rivers Day.

Rivers connect communities, sustain ecosystems, and carry stories older than any of us. To the environmental nonprofits protecting and restoring them: thank you for the work you do, and for the teams behind the scenes who make it possible.

Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the first responders, service members, families, and communities forever impacted by that day.

Twenty-five years later, we continue to remember the courage, compassion, and unity shown in the face of unimaginable loss.

We will never forget.

Recently Jitawesomes in Thailand participated in the"DISC: Effective Communication for Accounting" workshop

61 of our Jitawesomes in Thailand gathered to learn practical tips on reading personality styles, tailoring communication, and building smoother teamwork. This event sparked their communication skills more than ever, allowing them to connect across teams and build an even stronger unit together. It was an energetic session filled with great discussions and insights.

Thanks for bringing such great energy!

Recently, a group of 16 Jitasaweomes (and friends) volunteered with the Idaho Shakespeare Festival. Jitasa has hosted a volunteer night with ISF for 11 seasons. This year the play was Sweeney Todd, the Demon Barber of Fleet Street. It was a hot evening, with temperatures reaching over 100 degrees, but this group persevered, assisting hundreds of patrons with finding their seats, keeping the aisles and backstage clear, and keeping the amphitheater clean. Overall, it was a wonderful night of teamwork and theatre under the stars!

Thank you volunteers!
