Got a call from a previous client of ours about a contractor abandoning his post on 1 of his rental properties this last Spring.

So, I came in!
Finished the siding, trim, primer & paint!

It’s too bad some of us have to fix-finish bad contractors work but sometimes we have to and put a smile back on the faces of people who originally hired out.

From an Old Single Gate to a Custom Double Arched Gate! 🌲

What a transformation! We removed the old 11’ single gate and replaced it with a beautiful custom-built double cedar gate with a smooth arched design.

8’ pickets cut to accommodate the nightly shine from the bright streetlight coming in around the hot tub.

The new gate adds:
