Quick in and out rental remodel in Merideth. Not my usual job but was fun.

Island work. Riding out with Pt and concrete for footings on a barge. Was a good day.

For years working high end in Boston used to joke about building PT decks in trailer parks …but here I am. Just joking. But not really. Filler work waiting on Sitework.

Historical remodel I did 2 years ago. Homeowners budget left 9 window bay and 2 dormers. Will reshuffle with a staggered pattern. Wait for it.

Wrapping it up floors Monday. Exterior is restored and painted tamscoating foundation and it’s a wrap. Booked thru Late June looking for more.
