Ms Laddy is a fresh-faced stand-up comic. Ms Laddy has hosted Cooked Comedy & Lowell Latino & Hispanic Festival.
As a first-generation American with strong Dominican roots, she grew up watching Def Comedy Jam and often dreamt about being a comic. Ms Laddy found inspiration to do comedy when she started to use office meetings, family dinners and social events as her stage to make people laugh. I had the honor of being a panelist for the Top Notch Scholars participants in Lawrence, MA. Thank you for the opportunity to share my educational and professional journey.
It was inspiring to speak with such motivated students and remind them that pivoting doesn’t mean failure — sometimes it simply means finding a different path toward your goals.
