I teach boss moms how to revamp their wardrobe and redefine their style with my style runway method.
I like many other moms know what it’s like to have to compete for privacy time in your own bathroom. Especially when the kids are little and they just walk in. 🤦🏾♀️
I had to laugh about this very real mommy moment from this video, because I completely get it! Whether it’s your bathroom or some other part of your day,
your time may not feel like your own as a mom.
What are the steps you are putting into place to secure that personal time to focus on you and your needs?
I usually like to start there. Yes, I can help you build out your wardrobe and address your style needs, but you have GOT to make the time for it!
Your weekend starts today and for my busy moms, here are a few steps you can start with:
Weekend Todo’s
1. Secure your YOU time! (Date & Time)
2. Think about what you need to replenish your soul during that time, and do it!
3. Then think about the version of you, who gets to prioritize your self-care time more often, what are you now able to do?
Finding a sense of self outside of your motherly routine isn’t always easy, especially when you add in your hectic life on top of that.
On the flip side the more you continue to make time and set the necessary boundaries, the more your self care time increases.
The more you make time for your self care the more you can consider the things that you often never get to or dismiss, wardrobe included.

I know I am!!🥰
You are an original! So let’s discover what works for you!
At this point I’m sure you have a favorite creator whose style you love. We all seek inspiration and that’s ok. It’s great seeing some fresh outfit combinations and it helpful when you want to get some inspiration for your own outfit ideas.
Now inspiration is one thing, but comparison is the thief of joy!
I see it all the time where it starts with, I like her outfit, then quickly leads to;
Oh, I can’t pull that off
My body is not like hers
Why can’t I get it together like she does
Etc.
Before you know it, you’ve gone down the depressive rabbit hole! The challenge comes in because you are trying to potentially relate to someone whose lifestyle is nothing like yours.
She may be a mom, but does she have your kids, have your job, run your errands like you do, etc? Probably not!
Let’s get to the root of your actual wardrobe needs.
Yes your favorite creators’ outfits look great, but you can look great too, without the copy and paste approach.
Clarity isn’t copying! It’s about figuring out what works for you personally and being clear on why.
No more comparing, let’s take it a step further this season and nail down your personal style with certainty!
Hi ladies, so one of these is true for you. Your summer break for your kids is almost over or you’ve already started your kids school year routine. So what’s next?
How are you making sure to maintain a sense of self while still getting it all done. The mommy question of the day!!
Well, it all comes down to the standards you are creating for yourself in the beginning.
🥰 What does your protective time look like?

Sometimes your next opponent is you!
It starts with the things that you tell yourself about yourself.
Going through changes to your body requires, patience, kindness and a lot of positive self talk. You can easily become your own worst critic. Especially if you aren’t achieving your intended goals.
🤔What are the things that you are telling yourself in the midst of your transitions?
